Inspired by thoughts of a sunny day on a coastal shoreline, “Pineapples in Paradise” is one of those beverages that packs a punch — vacation style.

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum
  • 1 oz Yellow Chartreuse
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .75 oz Aperol
  • Dash of Agave nectar

Instructions
 

  • To make, combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until sufficiently chilled. Strain into a pineapple glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds.
