There have been so many questions at the group asking who is open for Thanksgiving in Tallahassee and surrounding areas. I reached out to several restaurant owners so I can start compiling a directory here at this post. Bookmark this page and share with friends that may need a little help serving up Thanksgiving dinner.
Usually I promote locals only; however since most will be spending the day with friends and family, in the interest of providing enough options, I’m breaking this up into sections – Locals, local restaurants taking Thanksgiving pre-orders for meals, sides, and desserts, chains, and markets offering prepared Thanksgiving meals.

Tallahassee Restaurants Open For Thanksgiving
The Lodge At Wakulla Springs – Join The Lodge At Wakulla Springs for a Thanksgiving Day buffet from 11 am – 5 pm. Traditional buffet: $39.95 – adults, $15.95 for kids 5-12, and kids under 4 eat free! Add 1 dozen 1/2 shell oysters market pricing 1/2 lb. stone crab claw to the traditional buffet: $59.95 total. Call 850-421-2000 to reserve!
Georgio’s Fine Food & Spirits – Now taking reservations for Thanksgiving. Let Georgio’s do the work for you while you enjoy a wonderful meal with your family! Hours of operation are from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. For reservations, please call 850-877-3211.
Little Paris – Little Paris is open for Thanksgiving from 4 pm to 10 pm serving their regular menu with a seasonal special.
Lucilla – Lucilla will be open Thanksgiving 1pm til 6pm. Limited seating,
reservations strongly suggested. The chef is preparing a special prix fixe
menu, available to view at lucillatallahassee.com

Coosh’s Bayou Rouge – Rumor has it that Coosh’s is open every year for Thanksgiving featuring their famous turduckens and more. Their Thanksgiving info has not been shared yet (we’re early birds), but if/when it goes live, I’ll add their info here.
Essence Of India – If you’re going for a non-traditional Thanksgiving, then you may want to stop by Essence Of India this year. They’re open and ready to take your order!
Chain Restaurants Open For Thanksgiving
Cracker Barrel – Thanksgiving is Cracker Barrel’s busiest day of the year because the Thanksgiving feast is so popular. All Cracker Barrel locations are open normal business hours on Thanksgiving Day. No reservations, first come, first serve. You can also pre-order meals to take home.
