Traditional Easter Dinner with Chef Mikey

Join Chef Mikey, from The Blu Halo, for a traditional dinner demonstration. Chef Mikey will teach us how to make a beautiful Crown Roast of Lamb. To accompany the Crown Roast, he will also make Rice Pilaf Stuffing with pan gravy and Chili-Agave Carrots.
Sit back and enjoy as Chef Mikey cooks and then enjoy the delicious meal he has created.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor. A wine/beer pairing will be sent to class participants prior to the class.
Class participants will receive 10% off purchases made the day of the class!
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class
