Sushi Making 101

Let’s Roll! Sushi making is super fun and learning this talent will impress your dinner guests! We’ll make sushi rice along with all of the most popular fillings. Chef Nikki will cover the basics of inside-out rolls, classic rolls, and the best filling for each style. Each person will be provided the tools and ingredients needed to make their own sushi rolls. Not only will you get to make some delicious rolls but you will also get to take home the sushi mat provided so you can continue to perfect your sushi making skills at home.
Menu: Crispy rice with spicy tuna and pickled cucumber, Ponzu sauce, Spicy Kewpie Mayonnaise, Eel sauce
