Summertime is the perfect time to enjoy your meals out on the patio, and the warm weather just screams to use the grill. In this class, Chef Ceci aims to show you some wonderful fresh flavors, while prepared in the Brown’s Kitchen, are really wonderful for an open flame! She’ll walk you through the prep and show you how to adapt to indoor cooking (just in case of rain!). The most important part of this class is to introduce you to some fun fresh flavor pairings that embrace seasonal produce.
Menu: Grilled Peach Arnold Palmer, Charred corn, watermelon, and avocado salad with an herb vinaigrette and feta cheese, Herbed Salmon Cakes, Individual grilled peach crumble with a vanilla bean whipped cream
