Fall is the time of year that screams for soups and stews! Chef Bridget is here to show you 3 delectable recipes to keep you warm and cozy through fall and winter. In this class she will bring the nostalgia with a mushroom bisque that will bring back the childhood memories by elevating the classic Campbells Cream of Mushroom. For a heartier classic, she will show you her go to minestrone, the perfect vessel for a big ole slice of bread. The third will be her spin on the classic beef stew. Think Beef Bourguignonne meets stew! Grab some artisan bread for when you recreate these recipes!
