Join us for a class that will show you some great seafood cooking techniques that every seafood lover should know! In this class Chef Ceci will be showing you 3 different ways of cooking as well as 3 different types of seafood. Begin the class by learning how to properly sear and cook scallops. These delicate mollusks can be tricky to treat just right, but Chef Ceci will show you the sure fire way to get them just right. Next up, a southern staple, pan fried grouper. Being a South Florida transplant, grouper is one of the chef’s favorites to cook, and once she moved to Tallahassee, she perfected her pan fried version! Last, but not least, the whole baked fish. This is a wonderful and rustic way to cook fish and wow family and friends with your presentation.
Menu: seared scallops over succotash, pan fried grouper with remoulade sauce, whole baked fish with lemon and herb butter
