Sauces Cooking Class

Chef Ban will teach us how to make the perfect, restaurant style sauce at home. Chef Ban will demonstrate the basic principles of three different sauces, for three different courses. The best news is most of the sauces can be made with items in your home pantry and refrigerator, with tools and equipment you already have. The menu will include Roasted Tomato Ranch Dressing over greens, Steak Sauce over thinly sliced London Broil and AND Berry Syrup over a flourless chocolate cake!
This class is demonstration style. Sit back and enjoy as Chef Ban cooks and then enjoy the delicious meal he has created.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
Class participants will receive 10% off purchases made the day of the class!
