Proof Brewpub Grand Opening

We’re launching Proof Brewpub on February 12th— an all-new culinary brewpub experience with a rotating seasonal menu featuring pub plates and shareables. Introducing new expanded hours of operation (Wed-Sun starting Feb 17th), tapping up new and exclusive beers, and releasing new beers in cans.
