Pimento Cheese, Y’all!

Join Chef Ban in the TPT kitchen as he shares his recipe for his famous, from scratch pimento cheese. Learn the history of this beloved southern staple and be inspired to go beyond the OL’ Cheese and Cracker Duo as Chef Ban shares recipes that include thoughtful ingredients. His southern culinary ideas will lead you to creative dishes utilizing pimento cheese in appetizers, deviled eggs and breads.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
This class is demonstration style. Sit back and enjoy as Chef Ban cooks and then enjoy the delicious meal he has created!
Class participants will receive 10% off purchases made the day of the class!
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class
