Pies 4 Ways

Just in time for backyard BBQs! Join Stacey as she shares her easy recipe for the perfect pie dough and then demonstrates 4 ways to use it with some of the best flavors of the summer. She will show us how to use the pie dough to make a traditional single-crust pie, double-crust pie, a beautiful galette, AND easy to serve handheld pies. Tips and tricks for ways to make your pies pretty will be shared throughout the class, plus, we will get to taste Stacey’s yummy pie!
This class is demonstration style. Sit back and enjoy as Chef Stacey bakes and then enjoy the delicious pie she has created!
Class participants will receive 10% off purchases made on the day of the class!
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
