Join Chef Ceci for a class that will transport you to a street cart in the Mediterranean! Ceci spent a summer enjoying kebabs from locals in the Med and spent quite a bit of time working to replicate the amazing flavors and textures that she loved oh so much. In this class you will learn the secret to making Chicken Doner Kebab in the comfort of your own home without using one of those crazy spit roasters. To get class started, she will be showing you how to make Baba ghanoush and serve it up with some crispy pita chips. Then to built the bowl, you will get to watch her make authentic hummus (and learn the secret to making it extra creamy), tabbouleh (a wonderful parsley salad), tahini dressing, a cool tzatziki sauce, and an easy flat bread to scoop it all up with!
