Let’s Go To Spain

We are excited that Chef Bridget Baxley is back in the TPT Kitchen! Let’s try a little something from every meal of the day! You might be surprised at the Spaniard’s daily schedule. Chef Bridget sure was when she first moved to Rota, Spain! One thing is certain, the Spanish people know how to eat.
• Breakfast – Torn bread toasted in pork fat with country ham and fresh tomato sauce
• Lunch – Northern bean and chorizo stew
• Dinner – Local fish over a simple green salad with sherry vinaigrette
This class is demonstration style. Sit back and enjoy as Chef Bridget cooks and then enjoy the delicious meal she has created!
Class participants will receive 10% off purchases made on the day of the class!
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
