A dull knife is more dangerous than a sharp knife, and I have some scars to prove it, unfortunately. But with a few techniques, and practice, you can mitigate the danger factor by quite a bit. From knife anatomy, to sharpening and honing, to the classic cutting techniques (chop, julienne etc.), Bridget will show you how to care for your knife at home and get the most use out of it, safely. Bonus: we have to serve SOMETHING with carrot sticks, so she thought it was a great way to incorporate pimento cheese into the class! Extra bonus, if you attend this class and spend at least $60 on a Wustof product, you will receive a gift from Wustof valued at $20
