KitchenAble Spotlights Autumn Chowders, Soups & Stews

November 2 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Chef Jessica Bright of KitchenAble will teach a seasonal menu of soups and stews including Poblano Corn Chowder, classic French Onion Soup, a delicious Thai -inspired Coconut Curry Lentil Stew, and Turkey Tetrazinni Soup. A seasonal salad and Pumpkin Sugar Cookies round out the meal and demonstration.
Cost is $60 and includes a recipe packet and full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water is provided; BYOB if you wish (wine glasses are provided). Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Book in advance by visiting www.kitchenable.com and clicking on “calendar”.
