Indian Cuisine with Chef Millie

Chef Millie will teach us the basics of flavorful and fresh Indian cuisine, including essential flavor combinations and key ingredients. We will go home feeling capable of making an authentic Indian meal for our family and friends. Chef Millie will make Poppadoms, Cucumber and Mint Raita, Mango Chutney and Brinjal Pickle, her famous Chicken Tikka Masala with aromatic Basmati Rice and Spiced Green Beans.
This class is demonstration style. Sit back and enjoy as Chef Millie cooks and then enjoy the delicious meal she has created. Chef Millie will share her recipes for the dishes, plus you will take home a Tikka Masala spice packet to recreate the meal at home!
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor. A wine/beer pairing will be sent to class participants prior to the class.
