Indian Cuisine with Chef Millie

Chef Millie will teach us the basics of flavorful and fresh Indian cuisine, including essential flavor combinations and key ingredients. We will go home feeling capable of making an authentic Indian meal for our family and friends. Chef Millie will make Cauliflower Pakora with Cucumber & Mint Raita and Chutney. The main dish will not disappoint, and you will be ready to recreate it at home! Chef Millie will demonstrate how to make Chicken Rogan Josh, which is a Persian-influenced Indian dish using a unique blend of mild-medium aromatic spices, AND her famous Chicken Tikka Masala. She will also teach you how to make mushroom buttered spiced rice and Naan bread. Experience India right here in Tallahassee!
This class is demonstration style. Sit back and enjoy as Chef Millie cooks and then enjoy the delicious meal she has created!
Class participants will receive 10% off purchases made on the day of the class!
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
