Homemade Pasta with Chef Mikey

Join Chef Mikey, executive chef of The Blu Halo, for a hands-on experience. Learn how to make your own ravioli with Chef Mikey as he makes Ravioli Stuffed with Duck Confit and Goat Cheese, accompanied with Luxardo Cherry and Rosemary Demi Glaze.
This class is hands-on. You will be making your own ravioli from scratch!
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
