Chef Millie is back in the TPT kitchen for another Great British Bake class! For the Starter, Chef Millie will make Scotch Eggs with mustard jam and a dressed salad. For the Main Course Chef Millie will demonstrate how to make traditional Cornish Pasties with caramelized onion and garlic jam and will serve the pasties with smashed garlic and rosemary potatoes. For dessert you will enjoy a traditional Victoria Sandwich Cake. Chef Millie will also teach you how to make her refrigerator strawberry jam and discuss canning instructions!
This class is demonstration style. Sit back and enjoy as Chef Millie cooks and then enjoy the delicious meal she has created.
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.

Starter Recommendation: German Riesling, Chilean Sauvignon Blanc, Argentinian Malbec
Main Course Recommendation: White French Burgundy, Sauvignon Blanc, Australian Merlot
Dessert Recommendation: Chardonnay, Prosecco
Class participants will receive 10% off purchases made the day of the class!
All reservations for our classes are non-refundable, however, they are transferable to another guest. In the event you are unable to attend a class, please call the shop at your earliest convenience and provide the name you are transferring your reservation to. If you are unable to find a replacement and there is a waitlist for the class, we will do our best to fill your spot. If we are successful, we will apply your fee to a future class.
