From Discard to Delish: Making the Most of Sourdough Discard

Whether you are an active sourdough bread maker, or still just aspiring to be, this class will open your skill set and tastebuds to making sure any extra sourdough starter discard never goes to waste. Start your morning with fresh-baked biscuits, butter and jam, then learn to turn sourdough graham crackers into a delicious cheesecake base. Before you leave, you will also have a foolproof summer cobbler recipe! All attendees will get recipe cards and active starter to take home.
