With the holidays just around the corner, Chef Ceci wanted to bring you a class that would be great additions to any fall gathering. These flavorful bites are sure to impress your friends and family. Chef Ceci’s goal is to show you fun new ways to bring new versions of old classic appetizers and fall dishes. These will be great to serve in small or large quantities.
Menu: Roasted garlic crostini with ricotta and a caramelized onion and mushroom mixture, bacon and parmesan infused puff pastry wrapped asparagus, root vegetable gratin with gruyere, apple glazed pork tenderloin
