Exploring Vietnamese Flavors at KitchenAble at Historic Briarcliffe Cottage

Join Chef Jessica Bright at KitchenAble for a Vietnamese cooking class. New flavors and ingredients await as we make and enjoy the famous Vietnamese broth soup Pho. We’ll begin with crispy, hot Spring Rolls served with a salad of Vietnamese Pickled Vegetables. Then we’ll have steaming bowls of Pho accompanied by traditional toppings and follow the meal with (decaf) Vietnamese Coffee and delicate cookies.
Cost is $60 and includes a recipe packet and full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration. Chilled water is provided; BYOB if you wish (wine glasses are provided). Doors open at 6:00 pm. Seating is limited. Book in advance by visiting www.kitchenable.com and clicking on “calendar”.
