Crepes Cooking Class with Chef Jessica Bright McMullen

Enjoy flavors from Brittany as we make and taste a few of their famous crepe recipes! Learn a classic crêpe recipe, then we’ll fill these delicious pancakes with an assortment of both savory and sweet options including: French onion crêpe (filled with caramelized onions and Gruyère cheese), Brie and apple crêpe, (with or without prosciutto) and the famous Nutella crepe for dessert. A fresh salad with fig vinaigrette will accompany our crepe extravaganza. Please book your reservation in advance.
