Cooking with Cast Iron – Steak Out with Chef Lance

Chef Lance will demonstrate how to cook and serve a meal that could be found in a high-end restaurant using only cast iron. The tried and true cast iron will be the star of the kitchen for this class. The menu for the evening includes grass-fed Ribeye (from Grady Ranch) and traditional grain-fed Ribeye, Bacon Wrapped Asparagus, and Roasted Potatoes.
This class is demonstration style. Sit back and enjoy as Chef Lance cooks and then enjoy the delicious meal he has created!
