Cooking with Cast Iron

Join Chef Lance as he makes fall flavors come alive using only cast-iron cookware. Learn to incorporate “culinary chaos” as he pairs tender, hearty Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs with Rosemary Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Balsamic Brussel Sprouts for an autumnal celebration! In his interactive style, you’ll have choices along the way to add ingredients to take the dish to an even higher level!
This class is demonstration style. Sit back and enjoy as Chef Lance cooks and then enjoy the delicious meal he has created!
We will have chilled water for you during the class; however, you are welcome to bring your own sip. We will have wine glasses for your beverage, should you choose to bring one. We do ask that you do not bring hard liquor.
