If you love bacon or are just looking for more ways to use it in your cooking, this is the class for you! We had a lot of bacon requests and Chef Ceci is so excited for this one. The goal of this class is to not only incorporate the bacon itself into dishes, but layer in and infuse the flavor. Not to mention, use bacon in ways you may not expect!
Menu: Bacon infused Bloody Mary with candied bacon, Carbonara with bacon infused pasta, Spinach and bacon salad with a warm bacon vinaigrette, Bacon jam over vanilla ice cream
