
Autumn Cooking Class at KitchenAble’s Historic Briarcliffe Cottage

Enjoy cooler weather and the beginning of fall with us at Historic Briarcliffe Cottage as we dine on a menu inspired by this season’s abundant apples.
Chef Jessica Bright will prepare a Shaved Brussels Sprout and Apple Salad accompanied by Apple Butter and Apple Muffins. Next, Chicken Calvados, a delicious stew of apples and apple brandy that is popular in Normandy- served over rice. Finally, for dessert we will make fresh Sea Salt Caramel and enjoy it on fresh Apple Crowns.
Cost for the class is $60 and includes a recipe packet and full meal of the dishes prepared in the demonstration.
Chilled water is provided; BYOB (wine glasses are provided) if you wish.
