All Things Oyster

Calling all oyster lovers! Come learn the intricacies of oysters from the best of the best. This class will be taught by Justin Timineri, State of Florida Chef and Culinary Ambassador, and Florida oyster Farmer and oyster aficionado Deborah Keller. The class will begin with OysterMom taking a deep dive into the practice of oyster farming and shucking. Chef Justin will then showcase 4 delicious ways to enjoy oysters. Each class attendee will get to enjoy 2 of each style of oyster as well as take home the recipes to be able to make them at home!
