It’s a lovely sunny, not too hot morning at the Downtown Market Tallahassee FL. I love bringing the kiddos to the scenic market for some fresh produce, sweet treats, music and art.

I got super excited to meet OysterMom. I’ve never had oysters for breakfast, but she was shelling them up fresh, offering an extra oyster to anyone that was willing to share a pic on Facebook, so here goes! Picked up some sourdough bread for lunch. I’ve literally polished off an entire loaf from the market in one afternoon with tomatoes and mayonnaise. Turca-Ahmet Sezgin starts baking at 2 AM so that it’s super fresh on a Saturday morning. He’s been selling out here for over 10 years.

We also picked up cupcakes from Katie Cakes and The English Rose, and the heaviest most delicious brownie ever from 221B Baker’s Treat for dessert tonight. And the stop that was by far most exciting to my son, Write Turn Ink pens made right in front of us. My kiddo picked one up for Father’s Day tomorrow (shhhh our secret).
