Are you ready to serve up some excitement and savor the flavors of Downtown Tallahassee’s best pickle-inspired creations? Look no further than “Dink & Dine,” a month-long event that combines thrilling pickleball action with a dill-lectable foodie experience!

Every Friday in August, head over to Adams St., where the TDIA will have three pop-up regulation-sized pickleball courts waiting for you. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a newbie to the game, you can reserve your court in one-hour blocks by appointment for $25. Don’t worry about gear; they’ve got pickleball balls and paddles available for rent at an additional $15.All proceeds will benefit the Second Harvest of the Big Bend.

But that’s not all – a free small drills court will be open to all throughout the evening, offering the perfect opportunity to hone your skills or simply enjoy some laid-back pickleball fun. And while you play, the spectator lounge, hosted by Poco Vino, will be serving up mouthwatering food and drinks for purchase. VEZ Productions will be spinning the tunes.

Adding to the excitement, Tallahassee Downtown will be on-site with the coveted Pickle Passports! Embark on a culinary journey as you visit participating restaurants, including Harry’s Seafood Bar & Grille, JoEllen’s, Chuck’s Fish, Charlie Park, Poco Vino, Egg Cafe & Eatery, Goodies, Metro Deli, Proof Brewing Co., and Jo Ellen’s. Your mission? Visit at least 5 of these incredible Downtown restaurants and collect stamps in your passport. Then, return your passport at the end of August a prize! You can also pick up Pickle Passports from any participating restaurants.

  • Harry’s Seafood Bar and Grille – Fried Pickles 
  • Egg Cafe & Eatery – Gary Smoked Alaskan paired with a Bloody Mary

  • Charlie Park – Dill Collins: Vodka, Lime, Pickle Juice, Agave
  • Poco Vino – (lunch) Ale House Panini (evening) Pimento and Pickles
  • Metro Deli – Garlic Turkey Grinder
  • Chuck’s Fish – Kimchi Brussels
